Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as we can. Please review our cancellation policy below:
1. Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of 20% of the total service cost is required to secure your booking. This deposit ensures that your appointment is reserved and is non-refundable.
2. Cancellation Notice:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled cleaning. This allows us to adjust our schedule and potentially accommodate other clients.
3. Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full amount of the deposit paid.
4. No-Show Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not provide any prior notice, the full service fee will be charged.
5. Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time.
